Notes :-
1)      Existing Two Tier system may be restructured in Four Tier Structure as proposed above in view of better functional as well as promotional aspects in Group-B(NG/G) Cadre.

2)      #:-MCM are already given GP:4200. Hence,GP:4600 for CM(JE/JOS/JSH) is justified in view of their higher responsibilities/workload and entry qualification(Diploma/Graduation) as compared to MCM .

3)      $:- This new Post may be created with GP 4800/- to avoid stagnation in CM and smooth functioning of office/workshop due to sharing of workload/responsibilities between two supervisory cadres

4)      *:- Newly promoted/recruited JWM (redesignated as JWM Gr.A with GP:-5400(PB-2)

5)      **:- This new post i.e. JWM Gr.B (GP:6600 in PB-3) may be created to avoid functional hindrance & stagnation in existing huge strength of JWMs.  Moreover, Foreman(present JWM) were given more pay than newly recruited AWM upto 3rd
